It was through our innovation that we pioneered the Team-Build approach (similar to Progressive Design-Build or Design-Build) during the construction of the Tacoma Dome in the 1980s. We’ve sustained our belief in this method of building using it on more than 95
percent of our projects today. We continue to be an industry leader by building off of our experience and embracing new technologies and methods. Because of our professional and highly skilled employees, we are able to exceed customer expectations. The hard work and expertise provided by our staff results in lasting relationships with multi-project clients such as The Boys and Girls Club, Kitsap Credit Union, and America’s Credit Union.
