Salal Credit Union (First Hill, Seattle)
Merit Construction was selected by Salal to provide pre-construction and construction services to complete their new First Hill Branch within an existing professional/retail center. This new prototype branch is approximately 3,000 SF and has unique wood ceilings, light fixtures and special glass doors and walls at the member hoteling and conference rooms. To accommodate the adjacent tenants, construction activities were scheduled around tenant business hours to avoid adversely affecting their staff and customer needs. As part of our team support, Merit provided coordination of the various Salal selected vendors which included security, data, furniture and marketing.
