Merit Construction was awarded this bid build project as the prime contractor. The project consisted of 15,746 SF of retail space with multiple fast food restaurants, a common dining area, convenience store, bank, barber shop, dry cleaner, fueling station and car wash. The building included a structural steel main structure with a light gauge metal frame roof truss system. The exterior finish consisted of masonry and architectural metals to meet JBLM design requirements. The fueling station canopy, fuel equipment, tanks and car wash were installed by subcontractors under the supervision and coordination of Merit Construction.
