Merit Construction, Kitsap Credit Union and BCRA came together for the fifth time to complete this 2,657 SF tenant improvement within an already existing retail space. Updates included an open layout concept with interior storefront glass at offices and meeting rooms, updated LED lighting, new flooring, paint, casework, teller pods and a breakroom.
