McCann Cadillac-Saab
The new McCann Cadillac sales and service facility consisted of a 15,000 SF sales and showroom area along with a 20,000 SF service and body shop department. The type of construction of the sales area was structural steel and metal studs and the attached service department was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building. The main floor of the sales area had showrooms, retail sales, customer sales offices and restrooms while the upstairs areas included administrative offices, conference rooms and break room facilities. The service area had vehicle lifts, compressed air for pneumatic tools, special exhaust systems, paint spray booth and vehicle wash area.
