McCann Hummer
The new McCann Hummer sales and test facility consisted of an 8,500 SF sales and showroom. The steel frame building had many special elements including radius steel roof beams and roof panels. The exterior cladding was masonry veneer and architectural steel panels which surrounded the large storefront windows, providing an abundance of natural light. This facility included showrooms, retail sales, customer sales offices, restrooms and administrative offices. Site work included structural fill for the new building and site paving, storm water detention and filtration system, site lighting and street frontage improvements. A special test track was constructed on site for customer use.
