Bellarmine Preparatory School
Merit Construction worked with the owner and architect using our design-build approach to complete this renovation for Bellarmine Preparatory School. The existing two-story classroom building was cleared of all interior walls and finishes while receiving new structural beams to reinforce the existing floor and new seismic upgrades. Improved access to the building was created by adding new entrances, as well as creating better exterior walkways and approaches. The HVAC and electrical systems were upgraded to become more efficient, thereby providing cost savings to the school.
