Kitsap Credit Union - Highlands Branch (Silverdale)
Merit Construction completed this 15,000 SF, three story facility for Kitsap Credit Union. The building has state of the art lighting and heating systems that can be monitored remotely from corporate headquarters in Bremerton. Merit Construction was able to allow the Owner to occupy the lower floor early while completing the finishes on the upper floors. Merit also worked closely with the owner during the design and construction phase to coordinate the installation of data, security and furniture which was provided by their vendors.
