Merit Construction worked with the owner and architect through our team-build approach and provided construction services to complete this 34,000 SF building. The common area finishes of the building include exposed integral colored ground concrete floors and wainscot for long term durability. The building offers high efficient mechanical equipment with remote access controls, along with energy efficient light fixtures and electrical switching.
