Columbia Bank Operations Annex
The remodel of this existing 28,515 SF structure included the retrofit of a Butler pre-engineered metal roof system and exterior metal building, interior tenant improvements and site upgrades. The complete renovation of the interior space transformed the former fitness club into a functional office space accommodating multiple user groups. Merit Construction provided pre-construction services and self-performed project management, on-site supervision, site safety, demolition, site layout, quality control, rough carpentry, installation of doors and hardware and finish carpentry.
