Evergreen Storage
Merit Construction is proud to have completed the renovation of an existing 13,900 SF masonry building located at Joint Base Lewis McChord. Hazardous materials were removed and Merit was able to salvage historical materials. The existing brick exterior was restored and cleaned to enhance building appearance and to provide long term weather protection. Thermal insulation was installed and windows were refurbished and reinstalled to conserve energy.
