First United Methodist Church
Merit Construction worked with the owner and architect on the renovation of this 48,000 SF, three-story storage building into a modern church facility. An open sanctuary with a balcony was created by cutting an opening in the existing second floor concrete slab and additional light was added by cutting in new windows into the existing walls. Merit was able to restore the exterior stucco and handicap accessible parking and ramps were improved.
