Merit was hired to construct (2) 18,600 sq ft pre-engineered metal buildings to be used as product storage for their growing distribution.
Along with the building, Merit updated the properties storm system to include a new bioretention pond, new catch basins and underground piping, a Contech stormwater filtration system, and the fill in of a no longer needed retention pond that Merit transitioned to a new parking lot. Merit also updated the facilities parking lot with a 23,800 sq ft parking lot and bus loop to include new curbs, sidewalks, new lighting, and guardrails. The parking and storm system design was by JMJ Team.
