Lake City Community Church
Merit Construction and BPH Architects teamed with Lake City Community Church for the team-build of a new 19,500 sf addition of Worship Space to their existing church. The project also included a future children’s area and renovation of the existing 9,500 SF Worship Space into a Gathering Area. To help with building access, a new south entrance was constructed with access to both the upper and lower levels and an additional parking area. The Worship Space comprised of a state of the art audio visual system, infrastructure upgrades including new electrical service, heating and ventilation, fire sprinkler system and new fire alarm system. A new Baptistry with a floating cross, handcrafted by one of Lake City Community Church’s own members, completed the congregation’s vision for their new Worship Space.
