America’s Credit Union (Yelm)
Merit Construction was selected to build a new single-story, 5,500 SF building for America’s Credit Union. A phasing plan was developed to allow the original branch to remain open for full service while the new building was constructed. Special care was given to provide safe access for credit union workers and customers. Energy efficient lighting and controls were installed to maximize energy conservation and many LEED processes, materials and techniques were used during the construction of this building.
