Merit Construction Signs Contract with Talking Rain Beverage Company for Tenant Improvement
Merit Construction signed a contract with Talking Rain Beverage Company in Preston Washington for a tenant improvement project. The project will encompass the remodel of existing office and laboratory space into four independently functioning, fully upgraded, modern laboratories with new equipment using the latest technology. In addition to the laboratories, Merit will be converting a small section of the building’s warehouse into a flex space used for multiple functions within Talking Rain’s Research and Development Department.

Merit Construction has happily welcomed Miles Langer to our team as the Equipment Manager. He has 11 years of experience in construction and a Class A CDL license and NCCO certification. As the Equipment Manager, he oversees daily operations for equipment procurement, inventory management, and maintenance functions. By inspecting and delivering equipment/materials to jobsites, he ensures a smooth and safe workflow between the field and office staff.
